What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative (Business Development Coordinator), you'll:

  • Prospect and engage business owners through outbound calling
  • Build rapport with CEOs, Presidents, and business decision-makers
  • Schedule qualified appointments for our Regional Vice Presidents of Sales
  • Identify business challenges and communicate the value of Cogent Analytics' consulting services
  • Maintain accurate activity within our CRM system
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
  • Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and professional development
  • Represent Cogent Analytics with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm

Competitive Salary: $45,000 base + $15,000–$50,000 in commission and bonuses annually. First-year earning potential: $60,000–$95,000+.
