Temporary Recruiter

1st Shift | 60-90 Day Project
Our client is seeking an experienced Temporary Recruiter to support a short-term hiring initiative. This role will focus on managing full-cycle recruiting efforts to meet immediate staffing needs across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Source candidates through job boards, ATS, and direct outreach
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain consistent communication with candidates
  • Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or corporate environment
  • Strong experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system
Additional Details:
  • 1st shift schedule (standard business hours)
  • Fully onsite role in Cincinnati, Ohio
  • Project length: 60-90 days with potential for extension based on business needs
