Job description

Team: Mothering Convention

Location: Remote / Near Sandy, Utah

Commitment: Minimum 3 hours per week (remote), one team meeting per week (remote) & All day Oct 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah.

Unpaid Volunteer Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Inputs registrations into database; tracks & contacts who hasn’t paid;
  • Gets registrations ready for smooth check-in.
  • Customer Service – answers emails or forwards them to the right people;
  • Creates tickets and fills orders for ticket sales.
  • Responsible for systemizing wristbands.
  • Inputs info gathered from tickets after the convention.
  • Ability to track and record information
  • Ability to learn and apply information
  • Communication skills and pleasant nature

Time Commitment & Expectations

  • Dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week to duties and outreach.
  • Attend weekly meeting with Mothering Convention Team
  • Attend Mothering Convention all day event, October 10, 2026 in Sandy, Utah
