Location: Salt Lake City, UT, On-Site
Type: Full-time
Status: Hourly, non-exempt
Rate of Pay: $20 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Reports To: Service Manager

Position Summary
As a Service Coordinator, you will coordinate service and troubleshooting for commercial water filtration equipment located in grocery stores throughout the United States and Canada. You'll work closely with our nationwide network of service contractors, store personnel, and internal teams to ensure service requests are handled quickly and efficiently.
This position serves as one of the first points of contact for customers, making professionalism, communication, and problem-solving essential.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate service requests with a nationwide network of service contractors.
• Troubleshoot water filtration equipment over the phone with technicians and customers.
• Schedule and dispatch service calls.
• Monitor open work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Communicate with customers regarding service status and updates.
• Document service activities accurately within company systems.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction.
