Job description

Our client, a nationwide distribution company, is seeking motivated employees for great CAREER Opportunities at their Warehouse in King of Prussia.

Please Note:
  • These position require training on both 1st and 2nd shift
  • Location is not accessible by SEPTA

Job Details: Warehouse Operations Specialist
  • Schedule: - 3:00pm - 11:30pm, M-F + Overtime
    • Will be required to train on first shift for 2-3 week
  • Pay Rate: $24 / hour + increase in pay after probationary period and opportunities for bonuses
Location: King of Prussia, Pa

You will be trained in the following areas:

Receiving:
  • Unloading inbound shipments
  • Verifying quantities and product accuracy
  • Inspecting materials for damage
  • Processing receiving documentation
  • Using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
  • Staging materials for putaway
Inventory Control:
  • Cycle counting and stock verification
  • Investigating inventory discrepancies
  • Bin audits and slotting accuracy
  • Updating system records
  • Supporting rootcause analysis for inventory issues
Operations:
  • Picking customer orders using RF scanners
  • Packing and preparing shipments
  • Following order accuracy and quality standards
  • Understanding workflow between departments
  • Meeting productivity and safety expectations
Job Requirements:
  • HS Diploma
  • Strong Math skills and ability to pass pre-employment math assessments
  • At least 2 years of stable work experience (Can be in any field but must show stability)
  • Ability to pass nationwide criminal background check and drug screen
  • Reliable transportation (Client is not accessible by SEPTA)
  • Ability to learn and be certified on warehouse equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck, etc)
