Location:        Rockwood, TN – 37854 
Duration:       12 Months
Job Type:       Temporary Assignment
Work Type:   Onsite
Shift:              Monday – Friday 06:00 AM – 02:30 PM or 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM

Summary

  • The Associate Manufacturing Technician supports production operations by assembling product kits, packaging materials, and maintaining equipment used in manufacturing processes.
  • The role involves inspecting products, recording production data, and ensuring work areas remain organized and compliant with company standards.
  • This position works closely with the production team to support efficient manufacturing and problem resolution.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain RF scanning guns and replace batteries as required.
  • Bag and assemble product kits containing vials, caps, septa, and related components according to work order instructions.
  • Inspect products during the assembly and packaging process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Assemble boxes and package finished products for shipment or storage.
  • Report equipment issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Assist the production team in resolving operational or product-related issues.
  • Record and maintain necessary production data accurately.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management.
Required Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Basic attention to detail for product inspection and assembly tasks.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to maintain accurate production records.
  • Ability to perform physical activities including balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, and walking.
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift approximately  5-10 lbs regularly and upto 40 lbs occasionally(with assistance if needed).
