Need to know how to write letters and emails to co-workers
Need to be detail oriental
Need to be a self starter
1) Basic letters and certified correspondence such as demand letters.
2) Track green cards and take care of outgoing mail
3) Open and set up files on Advologix (our data management system)
4) Fundamental searches of items such as
a) DCAD
b) ROAM
c) Secretary of State
d) Tax information
e) Ordinance information
f) License dates
g) Register of Actions
h) Pacer
i) Lexis and search permission forms
5) Depending on if we have the same temp or a variety of individuals

6) Pleading boards
7) Closing and archiving files
8) Email to get basic information on liens from Special Collections
