Hope Power & Industrial Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Recruiter to help expand our skilled-trades workforce services throughout the Upstate South Carolina market. This position combines business development, client relationship management, and hands-on recruiting.

The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with people, developing new business, and matching qualified craft professionals with contractors and industrial clients that need dependable workforce support.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with construction contractors, industrial facilities, manufacturers, and specialty trade companies.
  • Contact prospective clients through telephone calls, email, networking, referrals, and jobsite visits.
  • Build lasting relationships with project managers, operations leaders, maintenance managers, and human resources professionals.
  • Learn each client’s workforce needs and recommend the appropriate direct-hire, temp-to-hire, or supplemental workforce solution.
  • Recruit, interview, evaluate, and place qualified skilled-trade candidates.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, trade schools, community organizations, and local networking.
  • Coordinate interviews, job offers, onboarding, and placement follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, candidates, job orders, and placements.
  • Work with company leadership to meet quarterly sales, recruiting, and revenue goals.
  • Follow up with clients and employees to support successful, long-term placements.
