Overview

We're seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments for a corporate company in Spartanburg, SC. This role partners closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, and fill positions with top talent.


Temp-to-Hire of Direct Hire with benefits. Fully on-site.


Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers on hiring plans and workforce needs.
  • Source and engage active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct phone screens and present qualified candidates.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offers.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress and market insights.
  • Support process improvements and mentor newer team members.


Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably corporate recruiting.
  • Experience managing multiple openings and working proactively.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including social media recruiting.
  • ATS experience required.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to influence hiring managers and drive hiring decisions.


Compensation & Benefits:
