Accounts Payable Specialist (Temp-to-Hire) Location: Lake Worth, FL Schedule: Full-Time, Fully Onsite Pay: $22.00 - $25.00/hour DOE Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Start Date: ASAPWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist for a growing organization in Lake Worth, FL. This is a fully onsite, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with strong invoice processing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.Key Responsibilities:- Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching
- Review invoices for accuracy, approvals, coding, and supporting documentation
- Research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
- Maintain vendor records and assist with vendor communications
- Process check runs and electronic payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and ensure outstanding issues are resolved
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Maintain organized AP files and records
- Support the accounting team with additional administrative and accounting tasks as needed
Qualifications:- 2+ years of recent accounts payable experience
- Experience processing high-volume invoices
- Knowledge of invoice matching, account coding, and reconciliations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
