(On-Site) : Brea, CA
Compensation: $27 to $30 per hour
About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team in Brea, CA. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions, including Marketing, Production Management, Sales, and Graphic Design roles. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and has a proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple business functions.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Recruit for a diverse range of positions, including:
  • Marketing Professionals
  • Production Managers
  • Sales Representatives and Sales Managers
  • Graphic Designers
  • Other corporate and operational roles as needed
  • Maintain a high volume of requisitions while ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and manage communication with candidates and hiring teams
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring practices
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven success recruiting for Marketing, Production, Sales, and Creative/Graphic Design positions
  • Experience managing high-volume recruiting environments
  • Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking techniques
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting within manufacturing, consumer products, or related industries
  • Knowledge of modern sourcing strategies and talent market trends
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
