Job description

Temp to Hire Electronic Assembly – 1st Shift in Iowa County

Schedule & Pay:
  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • $18.00/hour
  • August start dates!

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join a reputable manufacturer in Iowa County! This role involves electronic assembly of very small parts, making it a great fit for someone with strong fine motor skills.

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn new skills!

Requirements:
  • Ability to perform detailed assembly using small components
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
  • Ability to sit for an 8-hour shift
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and twist as needed
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
