Job description

This is a fixed-term opportunity running October through December, covering a leave period on our Marketing team.

About Us

We are the team behind KitBash3D, Greyscalegorilla, ArtStation, and Sketchfab, united to amplify creativity.

Our creative ecosystem gives artists and studios across film, games, motion design, and digital media access to a connected collection of 3D assets, tools, platforms, and communities. Globally, our products support millions of creators, including independent artists and creative teams.

KitBash is building an ecosystem that supports digital creators at every step of their journey from inspiration to finished work, making it easier to learn, build, collaborate, and showcase.

About the Role

We are looking for an organized, execution-focused Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis (October - December).

In this role, you will own the day-to-day operations and tactical execution of marketing campaigns and product launches across the combined KitBash3D, Greyscalegorilla, ArtStation, and Sketchfab ecosystem. You will sit at the center of the marketing team, turning campaign plans into clear schedules, tracking deliverables, and making sure the right assets, channels, and stakeholders align on time.

To help you hit the ground running, you will work alongside our current Marketing Campaign Manager during a transition period to gain firsthand context on active campaigns, systems, and processes before taking over day-to-day coordination.

This role is ideal for someone developing in their career who loves structure, excels at cross-functional communication, and wants to gain hands-on experience managing campaign operations across notable brands in a fast-moving environment.

Success in this role means the marketing team operates at high velocity because campaigns are well planned, clearly documented, and executed on time. You will take campaigns from initial kickoff to final rollout, keeping work moving across cross-functional teams of contributors while delivering post-campaign reporting so the team understands what worked and what to refine next.

Most importantly, you will serve as a trusted operational anchor and cross-functional communicator for the broader marketing organization. We’re looking for someone who can take a campaign from start to finish and manage communication to the broader team along the way.

Location: This position can be remote or hybrid and is open to candidates based in IL, IN, FL, OR, SC, TX, and WI. Local candidates have the option to work out of our office located in Portland, Oregon.

Engagement: Fix-term position from October - December 2026

What You'll Contribute
  • Campaign Execution & Operations: Coordinate the day-to-day rollout of integrated marketing campaigns from kickoff through launch. Maintain project timelines, track deliverables, ensure clear task ownership, and keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Creative, Product, Social, and Marketing teams to gather requirements, align on messaging and priorities, route assets for review, and clear production bottlenecks. Keep campaign communication flowing cleanly across Slack and project management tools.
  • Channel Deployment: Build and set up campaign assets across email, web, and Cargo, our desktop application. Write and set up email nurtures and newsletters in Ortto, stage website updates in Webflow CMS and Shopify, and publish content to Cargo in Sanity.
  • Launch QA & Setup: Quality-check all campaign components prior to launch, ensuring tracking links, promotional mechanics, forms, and landing pages function correctly.
  • Performance Reporting: Pull campaign performance data across email, web, and Cargo to assist with post-launch reporting and documentation.
  • Project Management & Documentation: Maintain active campaign projects in Asana. Keep campaign docs and workflows updated in Whimsical and Google Workspace so the team has total visibility into status and next steps.
Tools You'll Use
  • Asana: Project management, task assignment, and timeline tracking
  • Whimsical: Campaign flowcharts, documentation, and process mapping
  • Ortto: Email, forms, web captures, and list segmentation
  • MailTrain, Brevo: Email and newsletters
  • Webflow & Shopify: Website content updates and landing page maintenance
  • Sanity: Content management for Cargo
  • Slack & Google Workspace: Daily synchronous communication and documentation
  • PostHog, Claude: Post-campaign reporting
  • Gemini: AI tool for copywriting
What You Bring to the Team
  • 2+ years of experience: Hands-on experience in marketing project management, campaign operations, or digital marketing execution.
  • Strong project management: Direct experience using tools like Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or ClickUp to track multi-channel deliverables.
  • Marketing channel execution: Practical familiarity with setting up marketing deliverables across email marketing platforms and web platforms.
  • Operational organization: Highly detail-oriented with a systematic approach to tracking tasks, deadlines, and dependencies across multiple active projects.
  • Clear communication: Strong written and verbal skills with a proactive approach to keeping teammates informed.
  • Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-velocity team where schedules and creative priorities evolve quickly.

All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Bonus Points
  • Experience working across digital asset, software, gaming, VFX, or creative technology industries.
  • Experience coordinating marketing collateral across multiple distinct product lines or sub-brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Ortto, Whimsical, Webflow, or Shopify.
  • Experience incorporating AI tools into your workflow, including Gemini and Claude.
What We Offer
  • Scheduling flexibility, paid holidays, and flexible paid time off
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Life insurance & employee assistance program
  • Exclusive employee-only guest speakers
