Jr. Marketing Strategist

As the Junior Marketing Strategist you will create compelling marketing campaigns, develop strategic branding initiatives, and leverage both digital and traditional marketing channels to maximize the visibility and impact of our business line within their target market. In this role, your marketing and strategic thinking skills will ensure that value is created for our business line/support departments that you serve through generating high-quality marketing campaigns that produce qualified leads, and target all stages of the marketing funnel.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to Stakeholder objectives and target audiences.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve Stakeholder goals.
  • Analyze data and industry insights to inform strategic marketing decisions and campaign development.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and relevant content for marketing campaigns, including copywriting and visual assets.
  • Coordinate campaign logistics, including content creation, scheduling, and distribution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related roles (internship experience may be considered).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms).
  • Marketing Technology Stack experience preferred: Wrike, SEMRush, Bynder, WordPress, MailChimp, Facebook/Instagram/Meta Business Suite (organic + paid), Google marketing tools (Ads, Business Profiles, Tag Manager, Search Console, Analytics 4, Looker Studio), Yoast, Bitly, QR Code Generator.
