Job Description Summary:

Fenwick is a leading technology and life sciences law firm with a cutting edge, internationally recognized, dynamic corporate practice with offices in Northern California, New York, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Washington D.C.. Fenwick's corporate group provides services to technology and life sciences companies at all stages of development, from early start-ups to mature, publicly traded corporations.

Job Description:

We are seeking a mid-senior level corporate associate with four - six years of experience advising public companies or investment banks for our Capital Markets and Public Companies group, in any of our Bay Area (Silicon Valley or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York or Washington D.C. offices. Experience must include advising public companies with respect to SEC compliance, disclosure, governance and exchange matters, as well as representing either issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions, including IPOs, SPACs, direct listings and follow-on offerings. Also, experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is preferred. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills are required.

We require that the candidate must be barred in the state of the office they are submitting their application for or are eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Benefits and Compensation Details:

The anticipated range for this position is:

$310,000 - $390,000

Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
