CNC Operator (Temp to Hire)

Shift: 1st Shift

Working Hours: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

$100 Referral Bonus

Qualifications:

  • Highly energetic and motivated
  • CNC Machining experience required
  • Team-player who can also work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • High sense of urgency
  • Ability to stand for up to 10-12hours
  • Have a positive attitude

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Arrive each day on time
  • Load parts into a potential variety of machines and ensure the machine runs properly
  • Inspect parts using meters and gauges to ensure they are machined to spec
  • Understand how to make programming changes as needed
  • Understand how to make tool changes as needed
  • Uphold the MS Companies’ standard of quality and service

Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand in warehouse for up to 10-12 hours and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Analytical, logical thought process and meticulous attention to detail
  • Compliance with policies and governmental regulations
