Position Overview

Cone Health is seeking a Board-Certified Cardiologist for structured night-shift inpatient coverage at The Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital. This is a bread-and-butter cardiology role focused on evaluation and management services only. No procedural responsibilities are required, and temporary pacemakers are covered by the EP on call.

This opportunity offers consistent scheduling within a large, well-supported health system, with the flexibility standard to locum assignments. Essentially, you can create your ideal schedule!

Schedule Night Coverage (No Call)
  • Monday Thursday: 8:00 PM 6:00 AM

  • Friday: 8:00 PM 7:00 AM

  • Saturday: 5:00 PM 7:00 AM

  • Sunday: 5:00 PM 6:00 AM

Scheduled shifts only.
No call responsibilities.
Pager provided by the HeartCare department.

Clinical Scope
  • Adult inpatient cardiology
