Job description

Lewis Brisbois, a full-service Am Law 100 firm, is actively seeking a litigation associate attorney to join its Wilmington, DE office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including professional liability, directors & officers litigation, and general liability.
The ideal candidate will have one (1) to seven (7) years of civil litigation experience and should have experience managing discovery, as well as outstanding research, brief writing, and oral advocacy skills. We are looking for candidates who want significant responsibility to handle court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and case files independently. Admission to the Delaware Bar is required.
