About the Role:
Lecour Law, P.C. is looking for a talented Part-Time Attorney to join our growing legal team in Staten Island, NY. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated legal professional to make a meaningful impact while enjoying a flexible schedule. Responsibilities:
  • Handle legal matters and provide sound counsel to clients across assigned practice areas
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and case summaries
  • Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and depositions as needed
  • Manage caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and client expectations
  • Collaborate with firm attorneys and staff to ensure seamless case management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and client records
Requirements:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active New York State Bar license in good standing
  • Prior law firm or legal practice experience preferred
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with legal software and case management tools is a plus
