The Production Coordinator supports both in-studio and on-location video productions within FOCUS Studios by managing the tactical and administrative details that keep projects running smoothly. This role serves as a central hub for coordination across multiple productions, overseeing schedules, resources, documentation, and communication to ensure alignment from pre-production through delivery.

Working closely with Producers, Project Manager, and studio staff, the Production Coordinator ensures that the details of our productions are well-organized, properly supported, and set up for success. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting creative teams and bringing structure to complex workflows.

•Assist with tracking expenses and vendor invoices.

Operational Support

•Support Producers with day-to-day production needs across multiple projects.

•Coordinate equipment reservations, studio availability, and resource allocation.

•Maintain accurate records of project status, assets, and deliverables.

•Assist with post-production coordination, including review cycles and delivery tracking.

Communication & Workflow Management

•Serve as a communication hub between Producers, studio staff, freelancers, and stakeholders.

•Help ensure timelines and expectations are clearly communicated and followed.

•Support Project Manager with tracking milestones and production progress.

Event & Seasonal Support

•Assist with peak production periods and large-scale initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

•A deep commitment to the Catholic faith and a desire to serve the mission of FOCUS.

•1–3+ years of experience in production coordination, media operations, or related roles.

•Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

•Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

•Clear, professional communication skills.

•Willingness to work on-site and support event travel, including SEEK.
