Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' psychological, emotional, and social needs, accurately identifying their challenges and therapy goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy, to provide individualized therapy sessions to clients.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are tailored to clients' unique circumstances and aspirations.
  • Foster strong therapeutic alliances by building trust and rapport, facilitating an open dialogue to encourage client engagement in their healing process.
  • Maintain utmost confidentiality and adhere to ethical and legal standards in all client interactions and documentation practices.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date on therapeutic best practices.
  • Provide guidance and practical tools to help clients overcome lifeโ€™s challenges, supporting them as they implement strategies to achieve positive change.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from children in school settings to adults facing personal struggles. Your role will be critical in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. By addressing these challenges, you will play an essential role in promoting mental health and improving the quality of life for each client you assist.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is necessary to practice in Texas.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience, ideally within a private practice or teletherapy context, demonstrating a strong foundation in direct client care.
  • Proven clinical skills including assessment capabilities, treatment planning, and intervention strategies are crucial.
  • Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills that foster productive therapeutic relationships.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience utilizing diverse therapeutic methods such as DBT, EMDR, or other specialized interventions is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and experience in a remote work environment are advantageous for higher productivity.
