Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand clients' presenting issues, backgrounds, and therapy goals, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy.
• Customize treatment plans based on clients’ unique needs, tracking progress and modifying interventions as necessary to enhance effectiveness.
• Maintain meticulous records while adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards in accordance with professional guidelines.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current on best practices, ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients.
• Develop and nurture trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, promoting an environment of safety, cooperation, and growth.
• Guide clients by providing direction, support, and practical strategies to navigate challenges in their lives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base encompasses individuals seeking mental health support for various concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and personal growth challenges. Working with diverse populations allows our LCSWs to employ a rich array of therapeutic modalities tailored to cultural and personal uniqueness, ensuring inclusivity and understanding in treatment.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience, preferably in a private practice setting.
• Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and implementing interventions, with a passion for advocating for clients' well-being.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect effectively with clients.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, we highly value additional experience in specialized therapy techniques or working with particular populations. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital tools for conducting sessions can also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, plus performance bonuses. Additional benefits include:
