As a Telephony Developer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and leading telephony infrastructure strategies and solutions. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure adherence to enterprise standards and practices.

  • Design, configure, implement, and lead telephony infrastructure strategies and solutions
  • Provides L3 support for user issues that L1 and L2 cannot handle.
  • Configures the Interactive Voice Response ("IVR").
  • Contact center, Genesys Cloud, Genesys Interactive Intelligence, Auto Dialer, IVR, and/or VoIP
  • Intermediate knowledge of networking protocols including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, WAN/LAN TCP/IP.
  • Guide and influence development process to ensure adherence to enterprise standards
  • Act as SME for customer engagement strategies and guide technical teams in solution implementation
  • Prepare maintenance plans and comply with change management procedures
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of company telephony server and technology standards
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salaryfor this position is between $140,000 - $150,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
