This is a work-from-home position is for Texas, U.S. Residents only, who can speak and read Spanish and English fluently. Bilingual abilities will be tested in the interview.

What you'll do:
ReconMR is currently hiring for Bilinguals, who speak Spanish and English fluently for our remote Work-From-Home Telephone Interviewer position. In this role, you will conduct outbound research calls as part of scheduled survey projects.
You will:
  • Make outbound telephone calls to potential respondents
  • Read survey questions verbatim, exactly as written
  • Ask questions clearly and professionally
  • Accurately record responses, including both multiple-choice and open-ended responses
  • Follow project-specific calling protocols and quality standards

Skill Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate:
    • Clear, fluent verbal communication in English and Spanish
    • Strong listening and speaking skills
    • Ability to read text exactly as written
    • Comfort conducting phone conversations for extended periods
    • Basic computer proficiency (keyboard, mouse, and web-based systems)
    • Ability to remain focused and productive while seated for extended periods
    • Reliability and the ability to adhere to an agreed-upon work schedule
    • Must live in Texas and authorized to work in the U.S.

Equipment Requirements:
ReconMR is a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) organization.
The following equipment is necessary for you to be offered a position:
  • Windows 11 PC (no Chromebooks, no Apple or Mac OS systems)
  • High Speed Internet (Wired LAN preferred, no hotspots or public shared internet)
  • Headset with noise cancelling microphone
  • Quiet space to work from without any background noise or interruptions during your working shift
  • You will be required to download VPN, authentication, or other operational software to complete the job

Preferred Experience & Qualifications
(Not required, but candidates who meet one or more of the following are strongly preferred)
  • Prior experience conducting telephone surveys or polling interviews
  • At least one year of experience in polling, interviewing, or similar research roles
  • Familiarity with Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) systems
  • Previous experience using Voxco or similar survey platforms
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using UKG or a comparable time-tracking system
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, speaking, and writing)

Schedule & Availability
  • Commitment: 18-40 hours per week
  • Available Shift Times we have typically have:
    • Dayshift (11:00 AM - 4:00 PM CST)
    • Evening (4:00 PM - 11:00 PM CST)
    • Weekend shift: Saturday (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST) / Sunday (1:00 PM - 9:00 PM CST)
    • One weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) is required
  • Preferred availability:
    • Weeknights & Weekends

Schedules are assigned based on business need and interviewer availability.
This Position is a part-time position, with flexible scheduling options.
  • Pay & Benefits
    • Hourly pay: $20.00 per hour
    • Pay schedule: Bi-weekly

Virtual interviews take approximately 45 minutes, via On-Camera Microsoft Teams, consisting of basic interview questions, typing test and a reading assessment.
