About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, conversational Insurance Lead Generator to join our team in Sunnyvale, TX. In this role, you will be the vital first point of contact for prospective clients, initiating outbound calls to introduce insurance products and scheduling appointments for our licensed sales agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Lead Generation: Make high-volume outbound calls using provided lists to introduce auto, home, life, health, and commercial insurance products.
  • Set Appointments: Engage prospects, assess their insurance needs, and seamlessly schedule appointments for licensed agents to provide personalized quotes.
  • Manage the CRM: Accurately log all call interactions, update customer profiles, and schedule follow-ups in our CRM database.
  • Meet Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment quotas.
  • Ensure Compliance: strictly adhere to agency scripts and telemarketing regulations, including checking the Texas No Call Lists.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with agents to hand off qualified leads and support the sales pipeline (excluding policy binding/payment).
