Schedule accommodations and book tours for qualified candidates at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 and The Grand Colorado on Peak 8.

Follow approved scripts and utilize trained sales techniques and rebuttals to secure bookings. Provide excellent, friendly customer service, guiding guests through lodging and tour options. Maintain expert knowledge of Breckenridge, including local events, activities, and lodging options.

Accurately qualify potential tour guests based on company policies. Quote proper packages and prices for discounted lodging options. Serve as the "end of the line" to resolve guest inquiries and situations whenever possible.

Respond promptly to all email and voicemail correspondence. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and bookings. Attend daily meetings and training sessions to review sales techniques and availability.

Uphold all company hospitality standards, policies, and procedures. Follow company guidelines for environmental sustainability practices (recycling, composting, conserving resources). Maintain a positive working relationship with all guests and team members.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong, outgoing personality with the ability to establish instant rapport. Self‐motivated with a resilient attitude; able to handle rejection professionally.

Basic mathematical skills for calculating prices and discounts accurately. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel). Ability to learn new software and technology platforms quickly.

Strong problem‐solving skills and reasoning ability to qualify leads and resolve guest inquiries. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Ability to adhere to a set schedule and follow detailed scripts and procedures.
