Job description

Our client, a telecommunications company, is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager for an ongoing contract to support their retail marketing team. This role will be responsible for driving the execution of integrated creative projects across in-store, digital, and promotional channels, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, and is comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, production, and retail stakeholders. This individual will play a critical role in bringing campaigns to life across physical retail environments while maintaining strong process rigor and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • This is an ongoing contract position and requires 3-days/week onsite in NYC.
  • Pay Rate: $45-50/hour
Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end execution of creative projects supporting retail marketing initiatives, including in-store signage, displays, digital screens, and promotional assets
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met on schedule
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, production, and client stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, updates, and issue resolution
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings, status meetings, and project reviews to ensure alignment across teams
  • Track project scope, flag risks, and proactively manage changes to timelines or deliverables
  • Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and retail requirements
  • Partner with production and vendor teams to support asset delivery and deployment across retail locations
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Maintain organized documentation, workflows, and project management systems
Required Qualifications:
  • 4-7 years of experience in creative project management, preferably within an agency or telecommunications environment
  • Experience supporting retail marketing campaigns, including in-store and omnichannel executions
  • Strong understanding of the creative development process from concept through production
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Workfront, Wrike, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Ability to problem-solve proactively and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain clear documentation and workflows
