Telecommunications Project Manager
Location: New York, NY- Hybrid
Duration: 6 months
Technical Skills:
7–10 years’ experience in technical service delivery or program/project management supporting network infrastructure (DMZ experience preferred; SDN a plus).
Strong analytical skills; continuous process improvement mindset.
Experience with financial estimation and ongoing forecasting of delivery expenditures.
Industry certifications: PMP, CSM (preferred); technical certifications such as CCNA (a plus).
Financial services experience (insurance, banking, investment banking) is a plus.
Nimble and flexible; prioritizes workload and adapts to shifting deadlines.
3-5 years prior BofA experience as a Delivery Lead
Note: This role is expected to operate effectively in a highly regulated environment with strong adherence to standards and governance.
Role Descriptions:

  • Candidate must have a solid grasp of carrier hotels and data centers| including their importance in supporting customer operations.
  • A thorough understanding of outside plant roles is essential to effectively collaborate with technicians| supervisors| and support teams.
  • The ideal candidate should have exceptional expertise in Microsoft products| with a strong focus on Excel| and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
