Mandatory Skills:

  1. Equivalent to two (2) years of college level course work in information systems, business administration or a related field or,
  2. Associate's degree and equivalent experience working onsite with government agencies.
  3. Hands-on experience developing both technical and user-friendly communications

Desirable Skills:

  1. Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with a proactive, resourceful, and innovative approach.
  2. Demonstrated ability to work as a collaborative and positive team player in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent organizational, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure, manage high volumes, and meet tight deadlines.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in both oral and written formats.
  6. Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar workflow management tools.
  7. Experience with Microsoft Office Products, including Microsoft Teams
  8. Must be able to pass a stringent criminal background check (process may take up to six weeks).
