Job description

We are seeking a Sales Account Representative to join our growing telecommunications sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional, account executive, customer service representative, or business development representative looking to build a career in the telecommunications industry.


Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking and lead follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend telecommunications products and services.
  • Manage customer accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct sales presentations and explain products, pricing, and services.
  • Follow up with prospects and customers throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in CRM systems.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions professionally.


Qualifications

  • Sales, customer service, account management or telecommunications experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, competitive and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable working with sales quotas, commissions and performance goals.
  • Basic computer and CRM skills.
  • Ability to learn and explain telecommunications products and services.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
