Now Hiring – Start Immediately

Metro RF Services Inc. is actively hiring Underground Telecom Construction Laborers to support expanding fiber optic and utility infrastructure projects throughout Southern California. We have steady work, immediate openings, and opportunities to grow into higher-paying roles quickly.


ALL WORK WILL BE in the Los Angeles County & Surrounding Areas, CA

Pay: $22 – $32 per hour (depaending on experience)
Additional Pay: Overtime, potential prevailing wage projects ($35–$60+ total package when applicable)


What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with underground fiber optic and conduit installation
  • Perform trenching, digging, backfilling, and jobsite prep
  • Support placement of HDPE, conduit, handholes, and vaults
  • Load/unload materials and maintain tools/equipment
  • Work alongside operators, drill crews, and foremen
  • Follow all OSHA and jobsite safety requirements
  • Work outdoors in all conditions on active construction sites

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Construction labor experience required (telecom/fiber preferred)
  • Experience with underground utilities, trenching, or conduit is a big plus
  • Ability to handle physical work (lifting 50+ lbs, digging, long hours)
  • Reliable, on-time, and ready to work
  • Valid driver’s license preferred



Bonus Skills (Higher Pay Consideration):

  • Previous fiber optic / telecom construction experience
  • Equipment experience (mini-ex, skid steer, etc.)
  • Trench safety / shoring knowledge
  • Right of Way experience
  • CDL license


  • Must pass background check and drug screening
  • Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed
  • Must be willing to travel locally between job sites
