Job description

We are looking for an Onsite Technician (RF/Systems) in the Chicago, IL area who has a strong desire to resolve technical issues, is flexible, learns quickly, and can work independently while providing support and guidance to our customer base on SONIFI products. This role is dedicated to supporting a specific healthcare system across multiple hospital locations within the region. Are you ready to be the face of an exciting technical organization?
No desk here! Your day will be spent supporting our customers across multiple hospital sites within your assigned region. We will supply you with the tools needed for success: a company vehicle, tools, cell phone, laptop, and technical support.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & COMMUNICATION: As the face for our organization, we are looking for someone who is passionate about the customer and strives to provide a great customer experience. We need someone who can communicate thoughtfully and professionally with the staff at our hospitality customers; and understand and respect the boundaries, protocols, and empathy needed in our healthcare customer environments. This role requires comfort working across multiple locations and building relationships with a variety of on site stakeholders.
EDUCATION & TECHNICAL EXPERTISE: In addition to your passion for solving problems, a technical degree plus ONE year of related experience in any of the following areas OR High School Diploma or GED plus THREE years' work experience. Looking for experience in any of the following areas: High Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head end.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: To drive a company vehicle, you will need a valid driver's license and safe driving habits. This role supports multiple hospital locations within the Chicago area, requiring regular local travel between sites. Participation in an on call rotation is required, along with occasional overtime and weekend work to accommodate service level agreements. Our customers have changing priorities and requests, so we need for you to be flexible and adapt to these changes.
