Job description

TagoreTech is seeking an experienced RF Test Systems Architect and Lab Manager to join our team.  The RF Test Systems Architect & Lab Manager is responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining TagoreTech’s RF test infrastructure across multiple labs for characterization, product development, reliability, and production engineering test. This leader owns the technical roadmap for RF test systems while managing day‑to‑day lab operations, equipment strategy, safety, and workflow efficiency. The role is highly cross‑functional, supporting RF design, applications engineering, quality & reliability, supply chain, and program management.
