Applications Engineer
Stroudsburg, PA
Join a leader in high-performance RF and microwave interconnect solutions supporting critical Defense, Space, and Telecom applications worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Serve as the technical liaison between customers, Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing to support RF and microwave product solutions.
-Support customer programs by reviewing specifications, preparing technical proposals, and managing design documentation and performance verification.
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, product quality, and compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements.
-Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and program support for key customer accounts and major projects.
Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor"s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
-3+ years of experience with RF, microwave, or high-frequency coaxial products, preferably within interconnects or passive components.
-Strong understanding of RF principles, cable assemblies, connectors, and system-level integration.
-Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills & Experience
-Experience within the defense, aerospace, or space industries.
-Familiarity with CAD, SolidWorks, HFSS, CST, AS9100, ISO-9001, or military/space qualification standards.
