Customer-Facing Project Coordinator (Remote โ€“ US Only)

Location: Remote (must reside in the United States)

Job Summary

Seeking a Customer-Facing Project Coordinator to support telecom customer delivery projects. This role focuses on project tracking, reporting, invoicing support, purchase orders, and administrative coordination. Ideal candidates have strong Excel skills, telecom experience, and T-Mobile Magenta build exposure.

Responsibilities
  • Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables

  • Maintain accurate project data in internal systems (e.g., Site Tracker)

  • Prepare status reports and highlight risks or variances

  • Support invoicing, budgeting, and purchase order processes

  • Coordinate materials, documentation, and project correspondence

  • Communicate progress and issues to project leadership

Requirements
  • 2+ years of project coordination or project administration experience

  • Wireless/telecom experience required

  • T-Mobile Magenta build experience required

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred
