Typically involved with relatively urgent or important initiatives or a relatively short duration where speed of project or problem resolution is highly valued or critical to business operations. Works with all levels of staff in and outside of the department, external parties, and others with occasionally high levels of ambiguity as it relates to issues, technologies, and organization. Routinely functions as a critical problem solver.
This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of Anaheim Regional Medical Center and AHMC. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the core values of ARMC and AHMC. The employee shall support Anaheim Regional Medical Center’s strategic plan and goals and direction of the performance improvement plan. The employee will also be expected to support all organizational expectations including, but not limited to; Customer Service, Patient’s Rights, Confidentiality of Information, Environment of Care and AHMC initiatives.
