Job description

TekCom Resources is looking for a Project Coordinator! The ideal candidate can be located in Pataskala or Cincinnati, OH or Greencastle or Richmond, IN. This person will be required to report to the office in one of these locations. Our client is an established vendor in the telecom construction industry. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages company assets, inventory and reporting using PenguinData
  • Supports the Construction Team who oversee multiple projects
  • Responsible for any special reporting that may be required for the projects themselves to supervisor and internal organizations
  • Miscellaneous project reports as requested
  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative activities issuing POs, processing invoices, updating trackers and CRM.
  • Taking detailed notes during meetings and provide meeting minutes to the team.
  • Responsible for initiating supply chain process for venue projects, includes producing bill of materials, requesting Item master numbers, soliciting product quotes, and issuing POs.
  • Material management to include order tracking, delivery confirmation, facilitation of material movement from warehouse to contactor facility or job site.
  • Tracking and reporting of budget status for all venues projects.
  • Work closely with multiple cross functional teams to include Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory and Product Development

JOB KNOWLEDGE
  • Work will be in an office setting
  • Physical demands may include walking and sitting

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
  • 1-3 years use of PenguinData is required for this role
  • Strong computer skills
  • In depth knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
