Job description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: The Project Manager provides support for site development and coordinate delivery of communication infrastructure projects. This role focuses on managing subcontractors, coordinating across disciplines, and ensuring projects progress efficiently from early development through construction readiness. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a face-paced telecommunications environment.
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment of scope, schedule, and expectations.
  2. Lead project kickoff meetings and provide regular status updates, maintaining transparency on progress, milestones, and risks.
  3. Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including civil, structural, electrical, and site development, to ensure integrated project delivery.
  4. Manage and coordinate subcontractors supporting site development, including environmental, permitting, survey, and construction services.
  5. Assign and prioritize work, monitor production schedules, and balance team workloads to ensure timely project delivery.
  6. Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to maintain progress and meet deadlines.
  7. Review project scopes and engineering deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements.
  8. Facilitate coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to support efficient project execution.
  9. Identify risks and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  10. Support permitting and regulatory coordination in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  11. Ensure project documentation, reporting, and deliverables meet client and regulatory requirements.
Corporate and Department Planning. Corporate planning contributes to or supports planning activities that affect the entire organization. Department planning entails establishing specific goals, budgets, staffing plans, and timelines that align with the department’s objectives.
  1. Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with telecommunications infrastructure delivery stands and company objectives.
  2. Participate in strategic planning initiatives and contribute to department goals related to project delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
  3. Support capacity planning and resource forecasting for telecommunications and site development projects.

Business Development – Marketing and Sales. Process of identifying, creating, and expanding opportunities that drive growth.

  2. Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables; maintain progress visibility and meet established deadlines.

  4. Manage and coordinate subcontractors supporting site development, including environmental, permitting, survey and construction services.

Education and Experience
  1. High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
  2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in telecommunications project management, infrastructure coordination, or site development.
  3. Demonstrated experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
  4. Strong understanding of project delivery for telecommunications or infrastructure projects.
  5. Proficiency with project management software.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  7. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Experience with client facing coordination and stakeholder management.
  9. Experience with new site builds for telecommunications tower projects.
  10. Experience with tower development, fiber, or wireless infrastructure projects.
