Project/Program Manager (Telecom)
Our client is looking for a high-impact Program Manager to lead complex infrastructure initiatives that sit at the intersection of network expansion, construction, and technology delivery. This role is built for someone who can see the big picture while still keeping projects moving on the ground—balancing timelines, budgets, and field execution. What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers overseeing telecom, fiber build, and infrastructure deployment projects
- Drive program governance, standards, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, including network expansion and security programs
- Oversee large-scale project portfolios, including new market expansion efforts and fiber construction rollouts
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and program health while proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies
- Act as the central point of coordination between field teams, engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders

Qualifications
- 7+ years of program or project management experience, ideally within telecommunications, construction, or network infrastructure environments
- Proven experience leading large-scale deployments such as fiber builds, network expansions, or infrastructure rollouts
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing project management teams
- Experience with program governance, budgeting, and delivering projects on time and within scope
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred
