We are seeking a Product Manager - Customer Platform to join our Product Management Mobility Team in our NYC office!

As a Product Manager, you will drive the evolution of the Bruin platform, MetTel's core enterprise telecommunications management system serving 5000 enterprise customers. You'll own the product roadmap for critical customer-facing capabilities including customer experience, administrative tools, reporting infrastructure, and checkout flows that directly impact our enterprise clients' daily operations. 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer portal & admin experience — Partner with UX/UI to modernize the portal, and build the admin tools (accounts, users, permissions, configurations) that let internal teams and customer admins self-serve efficiently
  • Checkout & provisioning — Design seamless flows for device orders, service provisioning, and accessory purchases
  • Reporting & insights — Drive product strategy for customer-facing reporting on wireless usage, device inventory, cost optimization, and network performance
  • Notifications & communications — Improve how the platform alerts and informs end users
  • Roadmap & strategy — Build quarterly/annual roadmaps tied to business objectives, backed by competitive analysis of the TEM market and ROI-driven prioritization
  • Stakeholder communication — Present roadmap and business cases to executive stakeholders; keep documentation, training materials, and release notes current 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5–7+ years in Product Management, ideally with enterprise SaaS, telecom, or platform/admin-tooling experience 
  • Strong analytical chops — comfortable modeling pricing, forecasting revenue, and reading performance metrics to guide decisions  
  • A track record of turning complex technical/operational requirements into customer-facing solutions 
  • Sharp stakeholder management skills; can influence cross-functional teams and executives alike  
  • Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Telecom, or related field; MBA a plus 

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE 

First 90 Days 

  • Deep dive into Bruin platform capabilities, customer workflows, and technical architecture 
  • Conduct customer interviews and stakeholder alignment sessions  
  • Audit existing feature requests and prioritize roadmap initiatives  
  • Ship your first feature enhancement based on quick wins  

First Year

  • Launch major improvements to customer portal experience with measurable adoption increases
  • Deliver reporting enhancements that reduce customer support inquiries by 20%+
  • Optimize checkout conversion rates and order accuracy metrics
  • Establish product metrics dashboard and regular business reviews with leadership 

*The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is up to $165,000 annually. Pay varies by work location and may also depend on job -related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate.
