Network Project Manager

Location – Baskin Ridge, NJ Hybrid

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Telecom and Technical expertise to lead complex telecom, network, and technology programs. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving project execution, tracking risks/dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality network initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple telecom/network/IT projects simultaneously
  • Create and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and status reports
  • Conduct stand-ups, weekly reviews, and leadership meetings
  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, vendors, and business teams
  • Track telecom KPIs including traffic, call drops, latency, and network performance
  • Support network integrations, upgrades, capacity planning, and OSS/BSS operations
  • Work with Unix/Linux, APIs, PuTTY, DBeaver, and scripting tools
  • Prepare dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
  • Manage stakeholders, escalations, risks, and vendor deliverables

Required Skills

  • 6–12+ years of Project Management experience in Telecom/Network/Technology domains
  • Strong knowledge of telecom architecture, networking fundamentals, and telecom KPIs
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale programs
  • Hands-on exposure to Unix/Linux commands, APIs, and OSS/BSS systems
  • Knowledge of Python or scripting languages
  • Advanced Excel and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

  • Experience with core network projects, packet brokers, and cloud/virtual networks
  • Exposure to network automation and capacity planning
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification
