Job Title: Telecom & Network Technician
Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)
Job Summary:-
We are seeking an experienced Tech SME - Telecom & Network Technician to support enterprise endpoint management, IT asset administration, telecom systems, and technical support operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing endpoint management platforms, IT asset lifecycle processes, Microsoft Intune environments, and enterprise telecom infrastructure while providing high-quality technical support to end users.
Required Qualifications:-
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience in Technical SME, IT Asset Management, Endpoint Management, or Network Support roles.
  3. Strong knowledge of IT asset management principles, lifecycle management, compliance, and industry best practices.
  4. Experience with enterprise endpoint management and device administration.
  5. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  7. Proven leadership experience in driving technical initiatives and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:-
  1. Experience with Microsoft Intune administration and enterprise endpoint management.
  2. Experience with Kaseya and IT asset management platforms.
  3. Familiarity with enterprise telecom systems and network support.
  4. Relevant certifications such as:
  • IAITAM Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP)
  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • Other endpoint management or IT infrastructure certifications
