Role: Product Owner

Location: St. Louis, MI/ Denver, CO

Skills - 

Product owner with Telecom, certified CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or equivalent certificate

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and business goals.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from telecom stakeholders.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization based on business value.
  • Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Architecture, and Operations.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product features while maintaining quality standards.
  • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Support UAT activities and ensure business requirements are met before production release.
  • Work with telecom business units to define KPIs and measure product success.
