Responsibilities

  • Conduct User Research to create PMO and FMO end to end process documentation

  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points, process improvement opportunities and strategic objectives and turn them into cost effective scalable system transformations

  • Identify, qualify, and document automation and digitization opportunities, including site level workflows and system handoffs

  • Perform data gathering and analysis for app rationalization and optimization decisions

  • Work with stakeholders to standardized processes

  • Manage intake, prioritization, and onboarding of new functionality requests

  • Ensure final designs meet business needs while minimizing complexity and cost

  • Document Feature and Epic level Business Requirements and Acceptance Criteria for hand off to development teams using standardized Scaled Agile Methodologies

  • Ensure all requirements are clearly mapped to business value, measurable outcomes and downstream workflow impacts

  • Act as a gateway between business needs and system capabilities

  • Manage product backlog and prioritization and document Feature/Epics to drive multiple development teams simultaneously to ensure PI and sprint readiness

  • Support Agile PI planning and dependency alignment across teams

Qualifications

  • BA/BS and 8-10 years of experience as a business analyst or similar roles

  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) & Scaled Agile delivery across multiple development teams

  • Experience in performing data gathering and analysis for app rationalization and use in making optimization decisions

  • Proven experience creating and development-ready Epics / Features and associated acceptance criteria including non-functional requirements

  • Expertise in AI and automation technologies to support future-state process mapping, solutioning, and optimization opportunities (Workflow orchestration, AI-assisted decision-making)

  • Proficient in technical writing to support creation of business requirements, implementation strategies, and Organizational Change Management (OCM) plans

  • Experience facilitating meetings and mediating between cross-functional teams and stakeholders (in person and/or virtually)

  • Skilled in stakeholder facilitation and communication to all levels of key stakeholders (Leadership to end users)

  • Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives supporting large scale, multi organization environments, with experience applying these capabilities to high volume mission critical business processes

  • Proficiency in collaboration/documentation tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Word, Visio, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Telecom build-cycle knowledge (wireless and wireline) and digital transformation initiatives

  • RFDS processes and optimization frameworks

  • Familiarity with user experience research methodologies

  • High level understanding of SAS, IS BUS-System Integration

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.

The salary range for this position is $98,000 - $110,000. The actual salary will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
