Job Title

Overall Responsibility

Support Telarus agent pricing requests, monitor provisioning statuses for orders, and support immediate agent needs and activities for cable requests.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
  • Review and submit contracts for cable orders
  • Update cable portals with order details
  • Email partners with updates, need paper trail
  • Employee must maintain consistent communication with the manager throughout his/her employment
  • Communicate status updates of orders to the partner
  • Provide installation and construction updates
  • Proactively monitor provisioning statuses and address/escalate as needed
  • Track order status and update as needed using the system Telarus provides
  • Facilitate paperwork generation processes between the supplier and the agent
  • Attend ongoing training with Suppliers to learn new product offerings
  • Regular, consistent, predictable attendance is an essential job function
  • Increase knowledge of the Telarus Back Office portal and tools
  • Complete milestones competency testing within 90 days of employment
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Must have at least 4 years of work experience in an office, customer service, retail, or support desk role
  • Extremely proficient with grammar, spelling, and writing
  • Very detail-oriented and able to juggle new and ongoing customer needs
  • Knows how to balance a warm, yet professional written tone and understands how it reflects our brand
  • Technically savvy and able to learn new software platforms quickly
  • Cool under pressure when faced with a backlog of work or frustrated customers
  • Willingness to jump in and help on other projects, as needed
  • Effective communicator via phone or email
  • Effective listener
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and identify/address individual issues
  • Display the ability to think critically through issues to identify an appropriate solution
  • Maintain a role of ethics and honesty
  • 40 hours of continuing education per year
  • Must have a background in managing email workload
