Customer Success Specialist (Support)
The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for delivering operational and customer support to ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role works closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve service issues, support order implementations, coordinate escalations, maintain accurate customer data, and assist with reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys solving problems in a fast-paced environment while supporting both customers and the Customer Success team.
