What You'll Do

  • Greet customers and create an outstanding first impression
  • Perform customer intake and vehicle write-ups
  • Prepare and present repair estimates
  • Recommend maintenance and needed repairs
  • Manage repair orders from start to finish
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently
  • Deliver exceptional customer service every step of the way

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of current or recent automotive Service Advisor experience
  • Automotive industry experience is required
  • Experience in either a dealership or independent repair shop
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using shop management software
  • Ability to resolve customer concerns with professionalism
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (random testing program)
