The Pediatric Clinic of Tots 2 Teens Kid Care is looking for the ideal candidate to join our team of professional healthcare workers.
As a team effort, our Front Desk Coordinators ensure that patient forms are correctly filled out and insurance information is verified. In addition, schedule appointments for new and returning patients, collect patient co-pays, route calls to the respective departments, and perform end of day closing duties.
Job Requirements Include:

  • Bilingual - Must speak both English and Spanish fluently
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus
  • Medical Assistant (MA) is also a plus
