General Summary

Qualcomm is looking for a visionary Strategy Senior Manager with deep expertise in semiconductor technologies, AI/ML systems, and the broader tech ecosystem. This role will drive strategic initiatives that shape our strategy, innovation roadmap, influence product development, and strengthen our position in new markets. The ideal candidate combines technical fluency in technology and AI frameworks with sharp business acumen and a proven ability to align cross‑functional teams around long‑term strategic goals. You will collaborate with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities, evaluate partnerships, and guide investment decisions in a fast‑evolving landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Structure complex and ambiguous business issues for the senior leadership team
  • Gather and analyze large volumes of information quickly and solve problems effectively
  • Develop compelling and insightful recommendations
  • Build consensus across cross‑functional teams and influence decision‑making within leadership audiences
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, leadership, and other functions to operationalize and lead the execution of key recommendations
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of Strategy & Analysis or related work experience

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
  • Experience working on complex strategic and operational initiatives
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and managing multiple projects
  • Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
  • Experience in the technology, media, or telecom industries
  • Experience managing written and verbal communication with executives
  • Expertise in mobile AI technologies
Pay and Benefits

Pay range: $140,000.00 - $210,000.00

In addition to base salary, Qualcomm offers a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants. Employees on sales‑incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus. We also provide a highly competitive benefits package designed to support success at work, at home, and at play.
