Overview

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives and lead complex programs for one of our key accounts. This role requires an experienced professional with strong technical program management expertise and a proven track record of delivering successful projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple complex programs within the Technical Professional Services practice
• Implement and maintain program management processes and best practices
• Lead and coordinate program teams of anywhere from 5-30 members, including both onshore and off-shore resources
• Monitor program budgets and track program metrics and KPIs
• Develop and maintain project plans based on KPI and deliverables
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and facilitate crossfunctional collaboration
• Drive business development initiatives through excellent delivery and client relationship management
• Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and additional service offerings
• Ensure consistent client satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships
