Summary
We are seeking an organized and motivated IT Program Coordinator to support IT and digital transformation initiatives across North America.
This position serves as a key coordination point between North American teams and Asia-based headquarters, helping drive communication, project execution, and operational alignment across multiple IT programs.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate IT projects and initiatives across North American sites.
  • Support communication and collaboration between North America and Asia-based teams.
  • Organize and document project meetings, action items, and follow-up activities.
  • Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Prepare project status reports, executive presentations, and meeting summaries.
  • Assist with IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, business groups, vendors, and external partners.
  • Maintain project documentation and support project governance activities.
  • Assist IT leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Occasional travel within North America may be required.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, project support, business coordination, IT administration, or related roles.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal).
